Part 2 in this part of our series is about understanding and supporting autistic and ADHD people at work, we’re looking at how we can use that understanding to work out what support might help.
We spend time on why someone might not yet know what they need after years of masking, and what reasonable adjustments can look like beyond the basics of low lighting and headphones.
Our case studies look at rejection sensitivity, switching tasks and monotropism, as well as communication misunderstandings and burnout. We work through what support could look like in each situation and how to explore this with the person involved.
