Part 3 Workplace Guide to Understanding & Supporting Autistic & ADHD people

Part 3 is the final part and we’re looking at how we can create a more neuro-affirming workplace culture. 

We talk about the unwritten rules many of us have spent years trying to figure out, including expectations around small talk, eye contact and what being ‘professional’ is supposed to look like.

We also look at how we run meetings, how flexible our working arrangements are, and how people are treated when they ask questions or raise concerns. There are practical ideas throughout to help you think about your own workplace and what could change.
